Nah, it’s not gibberish… Well, actually it kind of is. But it’s also the short forms for National Novel Writing Month and National Blog Posting Month. Two writing challenges currently under way around the world.
The challenge is to either start and complete a novel of fifty thousand words by the end of the month, or to write thirty blog posts in thirty days. Basically it’s a challenge to get your creativity flowing and get you writing. Since David and I started Second Class Supers way longer than a month ago, and sometimes the deadline of twelve hundred words every two days with that seems daunting, I doubt I’m built for NaNoWriMo.
David challenged me to NaBloPoMo today, and I’have accepted the challenge! So look forward to a bunch more posts.
We have decided to include our Second Class Supers pages in our thirty posts in thirty days. It might be a bit of a cheat because we’d write those pages anyways, but that’s what we’re doing. Other than that, for a post to count it has to be above two hundred words. I hope that I am able to rise to this challenge. As of right now I have a few ideas stewing, so we shall see.
I am a few days behind right now, so I’ll have to double up a post here and there. But on the whole, I’m pretty excited.
